– The CR Cheese burger – It is this huge burger with a substantial beef patty, melted cheese and caramelised onions. The patty is juicy and not dried out and the caramelised onions add a touch of sweetness to it.
– The Lavender Flower Honey Creme Brulee – Cote Rotie generally does desserts really well and this creme brulee just proves it. It has the familiar crackly top but then it plays with a herb-y topping and lavendar honey to bring savoury and floral notes at the same time. The custard underneath is barely sweetened and the entire dessert really works together in harmony.
